To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and understand the following Hair Extensions Policy before booking your appointment.

Consultation & Booking

• All new hair extension clients are required to book a consultation prior to the initial installation. During this appointment, we will assess your hair, discuss your goals, color match, and determine the most suitable extension method.
  
  

• Consultations are essential to provide an accurate quote and ensure the best outcome for your hair and lifestyle.
  
  

Deposit & Payment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your extension service. This deposit secures your appointment and covers the cost of ordering the hair specifically for you.
  
  

• The deposit amount will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.
  
  

• No hair will be ordered, and no appointments will be confirmed without this deposit.
  
  

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
  
  

• In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.
  
  

• If you reschedule with appropriate notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date (limit one reschedule per deposit).
  
  

Refunds

• Due to the nature of hair extension services and the custom ordering process, all deposits are non-refundable.
  
  

• Hair extensions are a personalized service; once the hair is purchased and/or installed, no refunds will be given.
  
  

Aftercare & Maintenance

• We will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to help you get the most from your extensions.
  
  

• Regular maintenance appointments are essential to preserve the health of your natural hair and extend the life of the extensions.
